Setting and Viewing Referring Partner Information

This document explains how to set the referring partner via embedded script configuration and how to verify your partner ID in the Volt interface.

Setting Referring Partner

Embedded Script Configuration

To set your organization as the referring partner, include your partner ID in the embedded script configuration:

  partnerId: 'your-partner-id',  // Your unique partner identifier
  // ... other configuration options
});

Configuration Options

• partnerId: Your unique partner identifier visible in Volt under "My Account" dropdown

Verifying Your Partner ID in Volt

To check your partner ID in the Volt interface:

1. Log into your Volt account at https://volt.tento.co
2. Click on "MY ACCOUNT" in the top-right corner
3. Your partner ID will be displayed in the dropdown information

Troubleshooting

If your partner ID is not working:

1. Verify the ID matches what's shown in Volt
2. Check for any typos or formatting issues
